Gothic Mortar Stone Ball, 15th century

Rare, large Gothic mortar bullet also called Mauerbrecher, 15th century. These large and heavy stone balls were used for mortar bombardment of city walls, castles or fortresses. So thick walls could be brought to collapse. Very good condition and really hard. Very decorative. Diameter: 34cm and weight about 65Kg.
