Carriage furnace / foot warmer made of brass, North German, dated 1777. This "furnaces" operated with candles, like a teapot. Through the broken lid and side walls flowed out the heat. On the face side, owners initials "J C M" "A K" and dating. Side and rear floral engravings and breakthroughs. Very beautiful condition without repairs. Rarely in this good condition. Dimensions: width 18cm, depth 19.5cm and 17.5cm height without established carrying handle.
