Copper doner pot around 1680

Large, early Baroque hand-driven copper donut pot, circa 1680. Lion driven on the lid and period-typical vine ornamentation. Hallmarked brass trim ring under the lip. On the wall you can clearly see the blows of the copper hammers and in the bottom the cradle point of the coppersmith. As it should be. Bandhenkel with turned conclusion. Front on the upper wall Cartridge with owner initials "C M" and later dating from 1772. For the old age in extremely good condition without damage, bumps or tin repairs. Height: sat. about 37cm and diameter down 19cm.
